Students with valid parking permits issued by UConn Health can park in the following campus locations AFTER verification of their permit by UConn Parking Services.

• Avery Point - Commuter Lots A & B
• Law School - All Commuter student lots
• Stamford - 1194 Washington Boulevard
• Storrs - the commuter sections of "C," "K," and "W" surface lots
• Waterbury - UConn Waterbury Garage (Levels 2 and 3)

During the Summer Term and the Fall, Intersession and Spring recess periods, UConn Health Permits authorize parking on any student surface lot EXCEPT within areas designated for use by “Premium Resident” permit holders.

Permit Verification Instructions

• Send a copy of your permit and the plate, state, make, model and color of your vehicle to parkingservices@uconn.edu AT LEAST ONE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE parking is needed.
• UConn Parking Services will verify that the permit is valid and update your account to allow parking at the above locations.

Hourly PayByPhone mobile parking is also available for UConn Health students who do not have a valid parking permit.  The PBP rate in surface lots is charged only between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED.
