Vendors & Service Providers Permit Application

Vendors and service providers are businesses contracted by the University to complete work on one or more of its campuses. These University-contracted providers may apply for parking permits that authorize parking on University property.
Two primary parking permit types are available for purchase by these University contracted businesses using this form:
(1) "Multi-Area" permits authorize parking within "Area 1" and "Area 2" employee parking spaces on the Storrs campus AND on the above referenced University's Regional campuses.
(2) "Service" parking permits that authorize parking within posted "Service" AND "Vendor" spaces on the main Storrs campus AND the above referenced University's Regional campuses.
Regional campuses include those at Avery Point, Law School, Stamford, and Waterbury campus. Vendor and Service provider parking on the Health Center campus can be arranged by calling (860) 679-4248.

Permit applications will not be processed until their full payment is received. Service and Vendor parking permit applications are typically processed immediately and no longer than three business days. Parking permits may applied for and purchased at the Parking Services office in Storrs, 3 Discovery Drive, when the processing of parking permits applications must be expedited.

This is the number that we will call to obtain your credit card information to secure your parking permit purchase(s). Web forms, like this one, are not sufficiently secure to collect this information. A direct phone call will be made to you by a member of our staff. If you want to purchase your permit using a personal check or cash, we recommend that you come to the Parking Services office in Storrs to complete this transaction. Applications are typically processed within five business days but that processing time could be longer during high-volume periods. Those paying by credit or debit card will be contacted at the telephone number provided in order to obtain the account information needed to process the transaction. All outstanding parking fine balances must be fully paid by the applicant before a parking permit can be issued. With my signature I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Parking Rules and Regulation published on the University’s Parking Services website (http://park.uconn.edu/); the vehicles associated with my UConn parking permit may be ticketed, towed or immobilized when parked in violation of those rules and regulations.
