Once this event parking request is processed a URL Link will be sent to the Requester.
That Link should be shared with the event attendees via email in advance of their arrivals.
The attendees should be instructed need to "click" upon that link and follow the instructions presented. By doing so, they will authorize their own parking reservations.
During their authorization process, the event attendees be required to provide vehicle registration numbers (license plate numbers). The vehicle registrations will serve as their parking "permits" during their event parking session. The attendees will incur no parking fees.

if attendees are unable to access the URL link provided. Our staff will then work with you to find an alternate parking accommodation. Please be aware that alternate parking arrangements are typically more difficult to administer and manage.
