Departmental Event Coordinators

Departmental Parking Coordinators are authorized by Parking Services to purchase and issue Parking Permits (Registrations) for individuals visiting campus and/or request parking arrangements for University Events.

Those interested in becoming a Parking Coordinator should complete the PaybyPhone Validation Coordinator Sign-up Form.

Departmental Parking Coordinators are:

  • authorized to enter parking registrations online that authorize visitors to park on campus for an hourly or daily rate.
  • request parking arrangements for groups attending department events.
  • required to validate monthly departmental parking fee invoices and arrange for their payment.
