Departmental Parking Coordinators are authorized by Parking Services to purchase and issue One-day Parking Permits and/or request parking arrangements for University Events.
Those interested in purchasing Departmental One-day Parking Permits must first send an email to Parking Services to document their interest in becoming a Departmental Parking Coordinator. Parking Services must assign the Parking Coordinator role to employees before their online request will be processed.
Departmental Parking Coordinators are:
- authorized to request, purchase and distribute One-day Parking permits, which are valid for only one-day.
- required to document the details surrounding each Day-Permit issuance using a web-based form provided by Parking Services.
- required to validate monthly departmental parking fee invoices and arrange for their payment.
