This form should be used by Area 1 permit holders and those on the Area 1 Waiting List who want to change or purchase one of the following permit types:

(1) Area 1 - valid in all "Area 1" permit parking lots

(2) Field House (Front Lot | ONLY), entered via Hillside Road, not valid in other Storrs parking locations.

(3) WAITING LIST ONLY Lot N (formerly Lot 9; new lot adjacent to Science 1 building | ONLY), not valid in other Storrs parking locations -- Available in January 2023

NOTE: Lot R, the "Area 1 - Fine Arts" permit parking lot is now an "Area 1" lot available to all Area 1 permit holders.
