Lost or Stolen Permit

A lost or stolen permit must be reported immediately to the Parking Services Office by filing a mandatory Lost/Stolen report. The report will be witnessed and notarized by a Parking Services employee attesting to the loss or theft of the parking permit. There is a $20 replacement fee. If the permit was lost due to a windshield replacement, a motor vehicle accident or a theft, please bring a copy of the receipt for the windshield replacement or police report to waive the replacement fee.

Once the Lost/Stolen report has been filed, the permit number will be submitted to the Police Department database as an invalid permit. Any use of the lost or stolen permit will be considered fraudulent.
